Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receiving the product to decide if you want to return it.

2. How to Request a Return

To return a product, you must send an email to geral@vitoriacosmeticos.pt or contact us through our official WhatsApp. Please indicate your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

3. Refunds

We only refund the value of the products. Initial shipping costs are not refunded. The refund will be made through the same method used for the original payment, and we process it within 14 days after receiving your request.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are always your responsibility. In case of exchange for another product, you will have to pay both the return shipping and the shipping of the newly chosen product.

5. Exceptions to Return Shipping Costs

We only cover return shipping costs when the product has a proven manufacturing defect, when we send a completely different product from what you ordered, or when there was a serious error in our shipping process.

6. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with all accessories and tags, and accompanied by the invoice.

7. Defective Products

You have the right to repair or replacement of a defective product. You must inform us about the defect within 2 months after detecting it. When requesting the return, please send photographs of the defective product. If we confirm the defect, we will assume the shipping cost of the replacement product. If no defect is found or if it results from incorrect use, the costs will be borne by you.

8. Unavailable Products

If a product is unavailable after your purchase, we offer a replacement with a similar product, a credit in the form of a gift voucher, or a full refund.

9. Products That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns of opened products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons or customized products made especially for you.
