Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries
After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with complete details.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, except local or national holidays, to the address provided by the customer.
The customer can receive the order wherever they wish, as long as they provide an address where someone will be present between 9 am and 6 pm. One delivery attempt will be made, and if no one is at the address, there will be a new attempt the next day.
Important: It is not possible to choose a specific time for delivery, as this depends on the route defined by the carrier on the day of delivery.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may cause the order to be returned to Vitória Cosméticos, generating additional costs for the customer. We recommend always checking if the delivery address is correct and complete.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the products and is presented during the checkout process.
The cost varies according to the destination:
- Mainland Portugal
- Portugal (Islands)
- International
Damaged Products
If products are damaged at the time of delivery, the customer should contact our customer support so that the problem can be resolved.
Returns
According to the Customer Satisfaction Policy and applicable legislation, Vitória Cosméticos allows the exchange or return of damaged items within 15 days from the date of receipt. The customer must communicate the reason for the return to customer support and send a photograph of the product.
Product Unavailability
We respect shipping deadlines as long as there is stock availability.
If a product is not available, we will contact you by email or phone within a maximum of 8 days from the date of the order, informing you of the new delivery deadline.
If the product is definitely unavailable, we offer two options:
- Credit to the customer's account with a gift voucher
- Refund of the amount paid
