  1. Wet your face with lukewarm water before applying. Hot water dilates the pores and makes it easier to remove impurities, but it also damages the skin barrier, so lukewarm is just right.
  2. Apply a walnut-sized amount to your palm and distribute over your face using gentle circular motions, including the T-zone and around the nose where impurities tend to accumulate.
  3. Rinse well with cold or lukewarm water to remove all the product and close your pores.
  4. Dry your face with a clean towel using gentle pressing motions, without rubbing, especially if your skin is sensitive or reactive.
  5. Continue with the rest of your routine. As this gel already includes moisturizing active ingredients, your skin is prepped to better absorb the serum or cream that follows.
