After applying and curing your base color or gel, do not removethe inhibition layer (the sticky surface).
Using a silicone brush, fan brush, or sponge applicator, pick up a small amount of Bioglitter 10 Red.

To protect the shine and ensure a smooth, long-lasting finish, apply a generous layer of Top Coat or Clear Builder Gel over the entire decoration.
Cure in a UV/LED lamp according to the time indicated by your top coat manufacturer and, if necessary, remove the final inhibition layer with cleanser.
