Reference 91.18.135. Size: 15 ml. Blooming Gel is designed to be used with gel polish colours, allowing them to spread to create nail art. Apply a gel polish base colour and cure for 120 seconds under UV or 60 seconds under LED. Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel and leave uncured. Create your design with the chosen gel polish colours, then cure for 120 seconds under UV or 60 seconds under LED. Repeat to create a 3D effect and cure again. Apply your chosen top coat and cure for 120 seconds under UV or 60 seconds under LED.

Apply the base colour and cure. Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel and leave uncured. Create your design with the chosen gel polish colours, then cure for 60 seconds under LED or 120 seconds under UV. Finish with top coat and cure. For professional use.
