This multifunctional protein complex was developed to repair and protect hair weakened by chemicals, sun, salt, chlorine and sweat. It acts to replenish cortex proteins, preventing breakage and the appearance of split ends (3x more effective than placebo*). As a Night Balm (Intensive Repair):
1. Apply to dry or damp hair before bed.
2. Spread 2 to 4 doses/presses (adjust according to hair) in your hands and distribute through the lengths and ends.
3. Do not rinse. Leave on overnight.
4. The next morning, wash your hair as usual (we recommend using Ela é Carioca Shampoo).

As a Leave-In (Finishing and Daily Protection):
1. Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair.
2. Distribute evenly throughout lengths and ends.
3. Do not rinse.
4. Dry and finish as desired.

As a Pre-Sun/Pre-Exercise Protector:
1. On dry or damp hair, distribute a generous amount through the lengths and ends before sun exposure or physical activity.
2. Repeat the application after each dip in the sea or pool.
