Argan Oil (Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil) penetrates the hair cortex to replenish lipids lost through heat and chemical processes. Macadamia Oil, rich in palmitoleic acid, acts on the cuticle: it smooths the surface and restores the silky texture to damaged hair that is lost due to chemical or thermal aggression. Keratin fills the gaps and microporosities of the fiber, increasing tensile strength and reducing breakage when combing.
Coloring and bleaching damage the disulfide bridges of keratin and increase the porosity of the fiber. Argan Oil seals open cuticles while Keratin reconstructs the fiber from within, making the result visually comparable to that of healthy hair.
